Urologist

AdventHealth Sebring is seeking a Urologist to join its expanding practice, working alongside four other Urologists. This role offers the opportunity to serve a growing patient volume in Sebring and surrounding communities, which boast an exceptional quality of life with abundant outdoor activities and convenient access to major Florida cities. The position is supported by advanced technologies, including two Da Vinci XI robots, and a dedicated administrative team within a faith-based organization.

Practice Info

• Practice locations include AH Sebring and AH Lake Placid, with clinics conveniently located near hospitals.
• The current team consists of Dr. Ronald Chee-Awai, Dr. Sylvester Onyishi, Dr. Anthony Arciola, and Dr. Aravindh Rathinam.
• Call coverage is shared with 2 other community Urologists and 4 other employed Urologists.
• Most inpatient care is consolidated at Sebring Clinic.
• The facility includes two Da Vinci XI robots at AdventHealth Sebring and a fully-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center on-site.
• There are 6 ORs combined and one dedicated cysto room, with plans for expansion.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care, primarily consolidated at Sebring Clinic.
• Participate in clinic rotation, including coverage at Lake Placid.

Compensation

• $50,000 Sign on Bonus & up to $15,000 Relocation
• Competitive salary
