- Competitive Salary: $300,000 – $375,000 + performance pay up to $15,000

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Call Coverage: First call to on‑call resident; backup home call shared among 3 providers (rare to be called in)
- Provide comprehensive urologic care, including diagnosis and treatment of:
- Urolithiasis
- Urologic malignancies
- Perform outpatient procedures: cystoscopies , prostate biopsies , urodynamic studies
- Participate in tumor boards, committees, and quality assurance programs
- Supervise and teach residents and medical students
- Maintain a caseload of 10–12 patients per day
Qualifications
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Urology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient safety and High‑Reliability Organization principles
