Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and founder support Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare-related areas, including digital health and biotech Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, or advisory experience Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems Ability to provide strategic guidance aligned with mission-driven healthcare initiatives Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
