- Established 3-physician private practice supported by 7 experienced APPs
- Clinic located in the Medical Office Building (MOB) on campus at Abrazo West Campus (Goodyear, AZ)
- Additional privileges and procedural access at Abrazo Arrowhead Campus
- Da Vinci robotic surgery platform available
- Aquablation technology available
- Comprehensive service lines including robotic surgery, urologic oncology, female urology, stone and laser surgery, BPH/UroLift, pelvic floor reconstruction, male infertility, prosthetics, Aquablation, and InterStimTM therapy
- Established referral base with immediate volume
Compensation

Shift & Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 3 Clinic Days; 2 OR Days
- ~40 patients per clinic day
- Clinical Split: 65% Outpatient; 25% Inpatient; 10% Rounding
- Call: 1:4 rotation, shared equitably among partners
- Weekend coverage: 1 in 4
Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
- Comfortable in a high-volume clinical and surgical environment
- Motivated by private practice autonomy and entrepreneurial culture
- Comfort with minimally invasive and robotic procedures a plus
- Subspecialty interests welcome
