- Combination of outpatient and/or inpatient Urology, maintain full continuity of care
- Outpatient clinic located at CLS Health Pearland location
- Call optional

Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- MD/DO
- Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
