Growing together.Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:Mostly general UrologyOpen to fellows and new gradsSeeing 22-24 patients per dayStrong support staff4 days a week at Mission Hills, 1 day a week at NorthridgeOncology fellowship is a plus, but not mandatoryMust be comfortable doing nephrectomiesOn call q4 at 2 hospitals for the group, able to take more and get compensated for itMust be robotically trainedOccasional ER panel call at Holy Cross HospitalYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experienceUnrestricted CA State Medical License (or willing to obtain if out of state)Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start dateBoard Certified in UrologySolid clinical training including ongoing practiceEMR ProficientPreferred Qualifications:Advanced degree in management or fellowship trainingFHM or SFHM statusTrack record of change management and driving outcomesUnderstanding of managed care operations including IPAs, ACOs, full risk contracting models or equivalentExcellent time management skillsThe salary range for this role is $384,000 to 672,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
