Urologist

The Department of Urology at the New York City Health + Hospitals/Queens & Elmhurst, in affiliation with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, is seeking a full-time Urologist to join their teams. This opportunity invites energetic and talented candidates to practice in modern acute care facilities serving a diverse patient population. Providers will engage in direct patient care and academic teaching while benefiting from state-of-the-art surgical and diagnostic infrastructure.

Practice Info

• Acute care facilities and part of the largest municipal healthcare system in the country
• Modern medical centers with Centers of Excellence in Women's Health, Cancer Care, Diabetes Care, and Behavioral Health
• State-of-the-art facilities include a DaVinci Xi surgical robot, multiple PAs/NPs and urology residents at each site, an NCI-designated Cancer Center, and a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Academic community hospital setting

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time employment
• Flexible scheduling
• Call responsibilities will be no more than 1 night in 4 and are also flexible
• Call responsibilities can be clustered

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care
• Teaching and supervision of Mount Sinai Urology residents and students

Compensation

• Compensation range from $352,000 to $362,000
• Incentive compensation available

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Urology (required)
• Licensed in the State of New York (required)
• Faculty appointment to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai commensurate with years of experience and accomplishment
