Urologist

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a full-time Urologist to join its growing practice in East Midwood, Brooklyn, NY. This role offers an instrumental opportunity to ensure excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction within a dynamic and diverse community. The chosen candidate will contribute to Mount Sinai's mission of providing patient care and conducting cutting-edge research, partnering with the world-renowned Icahn School of Medicine.

Practice Info

• Joining a growing Mount Sinai practice in East Midwood, Brooklyn, NY
• Serves patients from neighborhoods including Midwood, Madison, Marine Park, Mill Basin, East Flatbush, Flatlands, Canarsie, Brighton Beach, and Sheepshead Bay
• Provides general Urological services in a multi-specialty practice, including office based procedures
• Opportunity to grow the Urology practice with a diverse patient population in a large, busy multi-specialty practice
• Practice has a close affiliation with Mount Sinai Heart and world-class tertiary/quaternary cardiac and surgical care
• Provides on-site lab and imaging services

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction
• Provide general Urological services in a multi-specialty practice, including office based procedures
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty team to grow the Urology practice
• Work with a variety of specialties including primary care, cardiology, specialty care, women's health services (OB/GYN), endocrinology and more
• Serve a diverse population
• Benefit from the educational, research, and clinical programs of a nationally ranked Medical School

Compensation

• Compensation range from $400,000 to $550,000 (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
• Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need
• The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits

Requirements

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University
• New York Medical License/Active NYS DEA
• BE or BC in Urology
