Urologist

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a full-time Urologist to join Mount Sinai Doctors Staten Island, a multi-specialty practice located at 1441 South Avenue in Staten Island, NY. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care to a diverse community, focusing on outpatient medicine. This role offers the opportunity to partner with the Icahn School of Medicine, contributing to patient-centered care, research, and education.

Practice Info

• Multi-specialty practice located at 1441 South Avenue in Staten Island, NY
• Comprehensive support team, including medical assistants
• 80% office and 20% hospital practice
• Support staff includes medical assistants and an anesthesiologist who provides an RN during procedures
• Not currently on EMR, but plan to implement Epic
• No teaching, research, or administrative responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Give excellent care to a diverse community of patients
• Ensure excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction
• Provide general Urological services in a multi-specialty practice
• Perform office based procedures

Compensation

• Competitive salary
• Productivity bonuses
• Compensation range from $450,000 to $600,000 (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

Requirements

• Medical Degree from an Accredited University
• New York Medical License
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
• Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
