How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Join an established team of 1 other physician and 2 APPs
- General Urology with an opportunity to focus on all aspects of urology
- Call structure: Monday – Thursday own patients / Weekend call (minimum 1:4, possibly 1:6)
- Practice setting: Prospect Medical Commons primary location with some possible satellite locations. General urology clinic and surgery in addition to call.
- Patients include both male and female with BPH, prostate cancer, OAB, incontinence, hydrocele, spermatocele, renal cancer, stones cases and follow‑up
- Broad procedural mix including PERCs, ureteroscopy, ESWL, scrotal, TURP, UroLift, hand‑assisted nephrectomy, and bladder procedures
- Advanced technology available, including Da Vinci robot, thulium and holmium lasers, UDS, and disposable cystoscopes
- Access to support staff
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology with a track record of compassionate, evidence‑based care
- Ability to lead and consult across both inpatient and outpatient environments

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire or job transfer date
- Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
