Responsibilities
- Focus on patient care
- Supervise APPs (optional, for additional income)
- Participate in clinical research (optional)
- Teach residents and medical students (optional)

Compensation
- $700,000 guaranteed base (Year 1)
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- 5%+ annual quality bonus
- Additional income from APP supervision

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
