The Staff Pad is seeking a Urologist to join a well-established, high-demand practice within a physician-led, not-for-profit health system. This opportunity offers an immediate patient panel and strong primary care referral network, allowing for a focus on patient care and maximizing earning potential. The role provides a turnkey practice environment with modern facilities and robust surgical infrastructure.

• Balanced practice with approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient care
• High surgical volume with full OR, ICU, and inpatient support

Responsibilities

• Focus on patient care
• Supervise APPs (optional, for additional income)
• Participate in clinical research (optional)
• Teach residents and medical students (optional)
• Take on leadership opportunities within the organization (optional)

Compensation

• $700,000 guaranteed base (Year 1)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• 5%+ annual quality bonus
• Additional income from APP supervision
• Opportunities for clinical research income

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
