The Staff Pad is seeking a Urologist to join a well-established, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system in Marion, IL. This full-time, employed position offers an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading, multi-specialty medical group with strong surgical support and a stable referral base. The role provides a compensation model designed to reward productivity and quality, serving a broad regional population.
Practice Info
- Practice mix: approximately 60% outpatient / 40% inpatient
- Established referral base within a large primary care network

Responsibilities
- Supervise APPs
- Participate in clinical research
- Teach residents and medical students
Compensation
- Base compensation: $700,000 one-year income guarantee
- Quality bonus: 5%+ annually, based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
- APP supervision compensation: $20 per RVU supervised
- Sign-on bonus: $50,000
- Additional income through clinical research participation
