•Patient Volume/Census: Flexible clinic volume

•Case Mix: General urology with opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests
FACILITY INFORMATION
•EMR System: Epic (HIMSS Stage VII)
•Office Equipment Available: Full urology procedural capabilities
•Specialty Backup Available: Multidisciplinary physician network
•Support Staff Available: Established physician group with mentorship support
•Reason for Coverage: Growth / Expansion
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
•Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
•Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90-120 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Licenses: Eligible for IN license
•Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
•DEA: Required
•Other Qualifications: Ability to work in collaborative group practice
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide inpatient and outpatient urology care
•Perform urologic procedures and surgeries
•Participate in call rotation
•Build and develop a personalized practice
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
•Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
