Urology Opportunity | Hagerstown, Maryland

A respected, physician-friendly health system in Maryland is seeking a

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist

to join the regions premier urology practice. With upcoming physician retirements, a significant backlog of patients, and continued population growth, this opportunity offers immediate volume, strong earning potential, robotic surgery access, and the chance to build a thriving practice from day one.
This established practice currently includes

two Urologists and two CRNPs , with plans to expand to four physicians. Outpatient clinics, hospital services, and surgical facilities are all conveniently located on the same campus, creating an efficient and well-supported practice environment.
Opportunity Highlights

Immediate patient demand with new patient wait times of

1.5 to 2 months
Full patient panel anticipated within

90 to 180 days
Established referral base with strong community need
Mix of office-based urology, procedures, and surgical cases
3.0 to 3.5 clinic days per week

once fully established
Average

25 to 30 patients per day
General adult urology with opportunities for a broad scope of practice
Integrated

EPIC EMR

across clinic and hospital settings
Collaborative support from experienced CRNPs and a growing physician team

Procedures performed in both the hospital and on-campus Ambulatory Surgery Center
Two DaVinci Xi robotic systems
16 hospital operating rooms

for complex cases
3 dedicated ASC operating rooms
On-site pathology services
Ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy available twice weekly
Modern facilities designed to support a high-volume surgical practice
Call Schedule

1:3 call rotation , with plans for continued improvement as the practice expands
Alternating weeknight and weekend coverage
Strong hospitalist and Emergency Department support
Rare after-hours call-ins
Inpatient consults and ED coverage balanced with limited clinic responsibilities during call periods
Candidate Qualifications

MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
2026 and 2027 candidates welcome
Late-career physicians encouraged to inquire
H-1B and J-1 visa candidates welcome
