CHA is currently recruiting a full‑time urologist to join our thriving and growing division. Our tertiary hospital affiliation is Beth Israel Medical Center.

• Fully integrated EMR (Epic) utilized throughout our ambulatory and inpatient sites
• Robust inpatient/outpatient clinical and administrative support. Well‑trained, experienced PAs in the clinic and house staff assist with inpatient care.
• CHA’s Physician Organization (CHAPO) employs more than 200 primary care providers, creating a built‑in referral base for incoming surgeons and specialists.

• CHA is a teaching affiliate of HMS. This position carries an HMS appointment of instructor, assistant or associate professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities.

Clinical interests in urogynecology and pelvic floor are preferred, but generalists should apply.

CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403(b) retirement accounts with matching, generous paid time off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full‑time guaranteed base salary range is $420,000–$480,000, based on years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary plus production incentive.
