Job Description
Mount Auburn Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts and member of the Beth Israel Lahey Health network, is seeking a full‑time, board‑certified/board‑eligible Urologist to join our growing Division of Urology.
The ideal candidate will provide general and/or specialized urologic care to a diverse patient population, teach medical students and surgical residents, and may have fellowship training (encouraged but not essential). The selected physician will receive a faculty appointment at Harvard Medical School commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible Urologist.
- Strong commitment to delivering care to a diverse patient population.
- Ability to teach medical students and surgical residents.
- Fellowship training in urology encouraged but not required.
- Eligible for faculty appointment at Harvard Medical School.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $405,000 - $475,000 (base). Compensation may be adjusted based on academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, location, productivity, FTE, and role expectations. Eligible for performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive benefits program including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and retirement plan with employer contributions.
