Practice Info
- Mostly general Urology
- Seeing 22-24 patients per day
- Strong support staff
- 4 days a week at Mission Hills, 1 day a week at Northridge
Responsibilities
- Be comfortable doing nephrectomies
- Be robotically trained
- On call q4 at 2 hospitals for the group
- Able to take more call and get compensated for it
- Occasional ER panel call at Holy Cross Hospital
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $384,000 to $672,000 annually based on full-time employment
- Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target
- The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
- On call q4 at 2 hospitals for the group, able to take more and get compensated for it

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Unrestricted CA State Medical License (or willing to obtain if out of state)
- Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
- Board Certified in Urology
- Solid clinical training including ongoing practice
- EMR Proficient
- Preferred: Advanced degree in management or fellowship training
- Preferred: FHM or SFHM status
- Preferred: Track record of change management and driving outcomes
- Preferred: Understanding of managed care operations including IPAs, ACOs, full risk contracting models or equivalent
- Preferred: Excellent time management skills
