Practice Info

  • Mostly general Urology
  • Seeing 22-24 patients per day
  • Strong support staff
  • 4 days a week at Mission Hills, 1 day a week at Northridge

Responsibilities

  • Be comfortable doing nephrectomies
  • Be robotically trained
  • On call q4 at 2 hospitals for the group
  • Able to take more call and get compensated for it
  • Occasional ER panel call at Holy Cross Hospital

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $384,000 to $672,000 annually based on full-time employment
  • Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target
  • The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement
  • Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
  • On call q4 at 2 hospitals for the group, able to take more and get compensated for it

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Unrestricted CA State Medical License (or willing to obtain if out of state)
  • Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
  • Board Certified in Urology
  • Solid clinical training including ongoing practice
  • EMR Proficient
  • Preferred: Advanced degree in management or fellowship training
  • Preferred: FHM or SFHM status
  • Preferred: Track record of change management and driving outcomes
  • Preferred: Understanding of managed care operations including IPAs, ACOs, full risk contracting models or equivalent
  • Preferred: Excellent time management skills
