Urologist

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Urologist to join a well-established group of 6 urologists in the San Jose/Los Gatos area of Silicon Valley. This role offers the opportunity for rapid practice growth supported by an established primary care referral network. The position emphasizes flexibility in office scheduling and access to state-of-the-art facilities.

• Join a group of 6 urologists
• Located in San Jose/Los Gatos – Silicon Valley Bay Area
• State-of-the-art medical center in San Jose/Los Gatos
• On-site outpatient surgery centers
• Opportunity for rapid practice growth with established primary care referral network
• Access to Da Vinci robot in nearby hospitals

Responsibilities

• See 18-24 patients per day
• Share-call with outstanding group of Urology colleagues

Compensation

• Guaranteed salary for two years with production bonus
• Shareholder eligible after two years with very competitive, production-based income
• Salary range: $450,000 - $500,000 /Yr

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• BC/BE Urologist
• Board certified or Board eligible within 2 years
