Urologist

Riceland Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Urology Physician to join our

growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage disorders related

to the urinary tract and male reproductive system while providing high-quality patient-centered

care. The physician will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal

clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions related to the kidneys, bladder, ureters, urethra, and male
• reproductive organs.
• Perform evaluations, examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans for
• patients with urological disorders.
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests including imaging, lab work, and urodynamic
• Perform urological procedures and surgeries as required.
• Manage both acute and chronic urological conditions.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with organizational
• and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, nursing staff, and other healthcare
• professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventive
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an
• accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license.
• DEA certification (if applicable).
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

• Fellowship training in a subspecialty of Urology is preferred but not required.
• Previous hospital or clinical experience in urology practice.
