Urologist

Carondelet Medical Group is seeking a Urologist to join their established multispecialty organization in Tucson, Arizona. This full-time, employed opportunity offers a physician-led environment where clinical autonomy is valued. The role involves a mix of outpatient and inpatient care, supported by a seasoned clinical team and comprehensive administrative services, allowing physicians to focus on patient care.

Practice Info

• Practice based at St. Joseph's Hospital, a DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center and ACC-accredited Chest Pain Center within the Carondelet Health Network
• Physician-led group where clinical autonomy is real and your voice carries weight in decision-making
• Fully equipped with standard urologic tools
• Seasoned clinical team
• System-wide referral coordination already in place
• Supported by dedicated clinical staff and centralized referral and diagnostic coordination

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload mix of 75% outpatient / 25% inpatient
• Handle an average of 25 patients per clinic day
• Perform 5-10 surgical cases per week
• Provide call coverage for 7 shifts per month

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Arizona licensed or eligible to obtain state licensure
• J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
