Position Highlights
Full-time, employed Urology position
Established referral base within a large primary care network
Strong clinical and surgical support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units

Schedule & Call
Call requirement: 10 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)
Call compensation: $750 per 24-hour shift
Compensation & Incentives
Base compensation: $640,000 one-year income guarantee
Quality bonus: 5%+ annually , based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
APP supervision compensation: $20 per RVU supervised
Sign-on bonus: $50,000
Additional income through clinical research participation

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
