Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport and LSU Health Sciences Center at Shreveport seeks a fellowship-trained Urologic Oncologist to join their established academic urology practice in Shreveport, Louisiana. - Established academic urology practice
- Robust surgical patient population and established referral network
- Advanced da Vinci Xi robotic platforms and dual-console robotic capability
- 7 urologists, 7 advanced practice providers, and 10 urology residents
- Fully ACGME-accredited Urology Residency Program
- Close integration of Regional Urology Campus and multidisciplinary cancer care on same campus
Responsibilities
- Develop a predominantly urologic oncology-focused practice
- Perform open and robotic cases using dedicated operative block time
- Participate in resident operative training and education
Compensation
- $600,000 starting compensation with reasonable incentives that allow $800k+ in first year for Board-Eligible/Certified Urologists
- Significant RVU-based production incentives
- All physician call compensated

Qualifications
- Completion of ACGME-accredited Urology Residency
- Urologic Oncology Fellowship required
- Two-year SUO fellowship preferred, but not required
- Must be BE/BC in Urology
- Eligible for LA Medical license
