City of Hope Arizona in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an outstanding Board Certified or Eligible Urologic Oncologist to join our esteemed team. • 38 bed cancer hospital with new operating rooms and robotic surgery technology
• City of Hope faculty appointment with academic rank commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in collaboration with a world class, nationally recognized multidisciplinary team of top-level surgical and non-surgical specialists
• Establish an expanding referral base in urology in the growing region
• Engage in clinical and translational research while collaborating with cutting-edge faculty at TGen, City of Hope's genomics research center in downtown Phoenix

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time position reporting to the Chief of Surgery
• The position entails 4 to 4 1/2 days of clinical work (clinic and OR)

Qualifications

• M.D./D.O.
• Board-Certified or Eligible: Urology
• Fellowship trained in Urologic Oncology
• Must have or be eligible to obtain medical licensure in the state of Arizona
• Must possess excellent surgical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
