Uro-Oncologist

Northwell Health is seeking a Uro-Oncologist to join their expanding urological health services in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to work within a large health system, collaborating with experienced partners in all specialty areas of urology. The successful candidate will contribute to providing comprehensive, integrated healthcare and wellness services while advancing the frontiers of urologic care.

Practice Info

• Part of Northwell Health's Arthur Smith Institute for Urology, which has seen tremendous growth over the past five years within Long Island, New York City, and Westchester
• Physicians have vast experience in minimally invasive procedures to treat all urologic diseases including those affecting the bladder, kidneys, male genitalia, and prostate
• Partners have a wealth of experience in all the specialty areas of urology
• Weekly conferences are held to help keep all updated on the latest treatments and technologies
• Access to an extensive network of physician extenders
• Physicians are also faculty of the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell

Compensation

• Salary: Commensurate with Experience

• Type: Full Time

Requirements

• MD Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine
• Completion of Residency with Board Certification or eligibility
• Completion of Fellowship training in Urologic Oncology
• Current / eligible for NYS License
• Outstanding communication and management skills and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff and hospital management
• Must possess recent experience in generally accepted and currently used methods and techniques
