Job Description:
This role involves senior-level business analysis work, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams. The candidate will manage requirements across the full SDLC and ensure successful delivery and validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement elicitation (JAD sessions, workshops, interviews, etc.)
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements
- Create business requirements, functional specs, use cases, and user stories
- Develop process flows, UML diagrams, wireframes, and mockups
- Manage requirement lifecycle, UAT coordination, and traceability
Required Skills
- 8+ years in requirements gathering & documentation
- Strong experience with SDLC methodologies
- Business process re-engineering experience
- User stories, use cases, and BA best practices
- Wireframing / mockup design (UX aligned)
- Strong communication, writing, and facilitation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Atlassian Jira
- Experience with Modern Requirements tool
- Experience with TEA or other education agencies
