Urgent Position for Production Support Analyst_ 3-days a week hybrid on Pratt St. in Baltimore, MD

Production Support AnalystWe are looking for a Production Support Analyst with a solid background in applications support, we want to avoid help desk backgrounds!Client Note:The shifts are a little bit different; the client provides coverage from 8am-8pm so they will work 8 hour shifts but not like a standard 9-5.They will get significant notice as to what hours they will work for an extended period of time. Sometimes, they will be expected to work Saturdays shifts but again they will get ample notice for that possibility.Overall, candidates need to be okay with a flexible scheduleThere will be no overnight shifts.The day-to-day responsibilities for this role will be revolved around: managing tickets and incidents reported through ServiceNow. Scanning platforms to identify solutions.

Performing data updates and table maintenance across applications. Dealing with batch processes and data flows. Also, candidates will be recognizing which issues they can resolve themselves and what will need escalation to subject matters and collaborating with team members to resolve these solutions.Requirements:Experience with AutoSys and Workflow managementProficient experience with SQL and data manipulationPrevious working experience with ServiceNow, Confluence and SharePoint to review job instructions, knowledge basis and documentation needsTickets will come through ServiceNow so they must have good experience with this toolPrevious experience with Airflow and Informatica ideally but any experience with tools performing batch processes and data flows will sufficeCandidates must have proficient communication skills
