UrgentVet bridges the gap between daytime general practice and emergency/overnight care. We offer after‑hours care for canine and feline patients with no emergency clinic fees. Our single‑doctor shifts provide wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia. Clinics are paperless and equipped with cloud‑based EMR, digital x‑ray, and IDEXX in‑house lab.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve patients and clients with a relationship‑based approach
- Collaborate and engage with the clinical team and leadership
- Grow relationships within the practice and the Charlotte community
- Encourage growth of support staff via LevelUp training program
- Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during open hours
Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of ECFVG or PAVE)
- Active license in good standing to practice in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)
