Urgent Care Position Convenient to Dallas Metroplex | 4-Day Week Schedule | Denison, TX

We are seeking full‑time Physician Assistants to join Texoma Medical Center's Urgent Care team in Denison, Texas and Durant, Oklahoma. This role offers a predictable 4‑day work week and high‑acuity clinical exposure, allowing you to practice a broad scope of urgent care medicine while working within a supportive and efficient care environment.

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Employed
• Schedule / Hours: Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Call: No call required
• Patient Volume: Approximately 45 patients per day per center
• Location: Denison, TX and Durant, OK (rotation between sites)
• Practice Setting: Urgent Care centers (open 7 days per week)
• Support / Care Team: Collaborative team of providers and clinical support staff
• EMR / Technology: Modern urgent care EMR system

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services for patients of all ages in a fast‑paced clinical environment
• Perform typical urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, and minor procedures
• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
• Manage day‑to‑day patient care responsibilities
• Document care using EMR system

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $130,000 + incentives/bonuses

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible Texas and/or Oklahoma license
• Minimum of 2 years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or related experience preferred
• Comfortable with common urgent care procedures
• Emergency Room experience preferred but not required
