Urgent Care Physician

Included Health seeks a board-certified physician to provide broad clinical care across all ages, within a high-volume urgent/primary care setting in Wisconsin. Expect 32 hours per week with a guaranteed base salary, equity, and benefits, plus productivity incentives discussed at interview.

Responsibilities include virtual and in-person visits, thorough documentation, and collaboration with provider and support teams. Evening/weekend shifts and ongoing credentialing will be part of the role.
