Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to join a successful, well-established group in their Urgent Care Clinics in Bismarck/Mandan. This role offers full-time coverage with rotating shifts in an outpatient-only setting, providing comprehensive care for adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Responsibilities

  • Provide long-term, comprehensive care in the clinic setting
  • Manage common and complex illnesses of adolescents, adults and the elderly
  • Diagnose and treat cancer, infections and diseases affecting the heart, blood, kidneys, joints and digestive, respiratory and vascular systems

Requirements

  • BE/BC Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician
  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Successful completion of an Internal Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
  • Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
  • If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
  • Demonstrate active involvement of clinical services to be at least 50 patients in the last 12 months
