Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a successful, well-established group in Bismarck, North Dakota. This outpatient-only role focuses on providing long-term, comprehensive care for adolescents, adults, and the elderly in a Walk-In Clinic setting. The position offers a supportive administration and opportunities for teaching within the UND School of Medicine.

Responsibilities
- Provide long-term, comprehensive care in the clinic setting
- Manage common and complex illnesses of adolescents, adults and the elderly
- Diagnose and treat cancer, infections and diseases affecting the heart, blood, kidneys, joints and digestive, respiratory and vascular systems

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Experience demonstrated by residency procedure log and list of completed rotations (for recent graduates)
- Experience demonstrated by a quality profile from hospital(s) showing clinical activity for the last 12 months, including number of procedures performed, morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications (for those not applying directly out of residency)
- Active involvement of clinical services for at least 50 patients in the last 12 months (if not applying directly out of residency)
- Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training
