Urgent Care Physician

Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urgent Care Physician to join a collaborative, physician-led team in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern ambulatory urgent care setting supported by strong clinical and operational resources. Clinicians will work within a progressive multi-specialty group backed by Sutter Health's comprehensive administrative and technological infrastructure.

• Multi-specialty medical group made up of nearly 500 clinicians practicing in the greater San Francisco service area
• Partnered with Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation (SPMF), which provides administrative infrastructure
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR across both clinic and hospital settings

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of non-emergent acute illnesses and minor injuries for patients ages 3 months and older across the lifespan
• Perform and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs, EKGs, and imaging
• Perform in-office procedures consistent with urgent care practice
• Collaborate with and supervise Advanced Practice Clinicians in a team-based care model
• Ensure timely referrals, escalation of care, and care coordination when needed
• Practice within a highly respected, physician-led organization

Compensation

• $315,000/Yr.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or related specialty)
• Board certified or board eligible
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory acute care experience required
