The Department of Community Practice at MU Capital Region Medical Center is looking for a Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner Specialty Care or Physician Assistant Specialty Care to join our Urgent Care team in Jefferson City, MO. Join a Primary Care team dedicated to creating outstanding healthcare experiences in an acute setting. Our Urgent Care facility offers patients access to care in a convenient location near the heart of Jefferson City.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic skills with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.

Shift

12 12‑hour shifts per 4 weeks

Minimum Qualifications

Physician Assistant (PA) licensure by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.

Preferred Qualifications

Credentials:

• PA: Certified Physician Assistant (PA) certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $115,000 - $131,000 annually
Grade: PAT - 014
University Title: PHYS AST SPEC CARE III
