The Department of Community Practice is looking for a Full TimeNurse Practitioner Specialty Care or Physician Assistant SpecialtyCare to join our Urgent Care team in Jefferson City, MO. Join aPrimary Care team dedicated to creating outstanding healthcareexperiences - in an acute setting. Our Urgent Care facility offerspatients access to care in a convenient location near the heart ofJefferson City. Our ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic skills withstrong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Theideal candidate will be a quick thinker, with the ability tomulti-task in a fast-paced environment. The Department of Community Practice at MU Capital Region MedicalCenter is a full-service health care system that encompasses afull-service acute care hospital, the area's most expansive clinicsystem, a state-of-the-art Cancer Program at the Goldschmidt CancerCenter, a hospital-based fitness facility, home health agency andthe only hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation center in thecommunity. The hospital has 100 acute care beds and 14rehabilitation beds. Referrals come from our 140+ employedproviders who staff a system of 36 clinics in an 8-county servicearea of 225K people. Shift

12 12-hour shifts per 4 weeks

Minimum Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing degree.
• Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-stateRN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs mustapply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.
• Must be granted a "Document of Recognition" from the Missouri Boardof Nursing.

Anticipated Hiring Range

• Salary Range: $115,000 - $131,000 annually
• Grade: PAT - 014
• University Title: NURSE PRACTITIONER III
