We are seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a rapidly growing urgent care network throughout the Boston Metro area. This role offers the opportunity to practice across multiple clinic locations while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule:
- Centers open 7 days per week
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekends: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time schedule: 36 hours per week, part-time also available
- Flexible scheduling across multiple sites
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $75.00 – $85.00 per hour
- Productivity bonus: $25 per patient over 4 patients/hour
