Job Requirements
Providers cover the Eastern Shore region of Maryland, with equal coverage across our Easton, Kent Island, and Denton locations.
Providers work 12-hour clinical shifts (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.), typically 3 to 4 shifts per week, totaling approximately 12–14 shifts per month.
Clinical Scope
We care for patients ages one and older, treating a wide range of conditions including upper respiratory infections, sprains and strains, lacerations requiring sutures, employee health physicals, work-related injuries, and preoperative evaluations.
Work Experience
Candidates must be licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants in good standing with the state of Maryland, or have licensure pending approval.
An active NPI number, DEA registration, and CDS license are required, or the candidate must be in the process of obtaining them.
Prior clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, intensive care, or primary care settings—whether as a provider, nurse, or technician—is strongly preferred.

Compensation
Pay Range: $57.00 - $80.84
