Urgent Care (Float) LPN Location Fall River, MA (02720) Urgent Care (Float) LPN Schedule Full-time: ~32–40 hours/week(typically ~38 hrs/week) Every other weekend required Shifts are generally7–10 hoursduring clinic operating hours Schedules built in6-week blocksafter initial training/orientation May includesome major holidays Pay (W2) $37.17/hr(pay rate) Urgent Care (Float) LPN What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a clinic setting Perform patient intake, clinical support, and treatment tasks within scope Administer medications/treatments per protocol Document thoroughly in anEMR Collaborate with a clinical care team to support safe, efficient patient flow Urgent Care (Float) LPN Must-Have Qualifications To be successful here, we need someone withrecent hands-on clinical experience in: Urgent Care and/or Emergency Care and/or Primary Care (This is a key requirement—candidates coming only from LTC/SNF/home health/LTAC backgrounds typically struggle in this environment.) Also required: Active LVN/LPN licensein good standing (no disciplinary actions) Current BLS certification(valid through at least 30+ days beyond start) Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testingexperience 1+ yearrelated healthcare experience Comfortable withEMR systems(Epic strongly preferred) High School Diploma or GED
