Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Opportunity Locations

Woodward, OK – Xpress Wellness Urgent Care 1327 Oklahoma Ave, Woodward, OK 73801. Woodward is a welcoming northwest Oklahoma community located about 2 hours from Oklahoma City, offering a low cost of living, outdoor recreation, and a strong regional economy.

College Station / Bryan, TX – Integrity Urgent Care College Station is a vibrant Central Texas community and home to Texas A&M University, offering a strong economy, excellent schools, and easy access to Houston and Austin.

Schedule

• 12‑hour shifts
• 7 shifts per 14 days
• Flexible scheduling options available

Compensation

• $65–$80 per hour
• Productivity incentives and performance bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic patient conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Perform procedures including laceration repair and splinting
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow‑up care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff to ensure high‑quality patient care

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited program
• Active state license and DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Urgent care, ER, or family medicine experience preferred but not required
