Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time, on-site urgent care in North Carolina.

Providers work independently as the sole clinician, managing acute and episodic patient care with support from established protocols, a dedicated team, and access to clinical leadership.

Clinical duties include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating urgent conditions
• Performing procedures such as laceration repair
• Ordering tests and prescribing medications
• Patient education

The practice environment supports about 3–4 patients per hour with fully equipped clinics, EMR systems, and efficient workflows.

The schedule involves 3 shifts per week (12 hours), rotating weekends, with no on‑call duties.

Compensation ranges from $55–$70 per hour, with benefits including insurance, 401(k), paid time off, CME allowance, and career growth opportunities.
