What We’re Looking For
Santé is seeking a Full‑Time Crisis Clinical Intake Manager to work in our Urgent Care Center as part of the Baltimore County Crisis Response Systems (BCCRS) management team. The role is responsible for the daily operation of the Urgent Care Center, providing clinical assessment and evaluation services, and supervising all related program staff.
This is an In‑Person role. NOT REMOTE!
What You’ll Do
- Establish and monitor UCC work schedules and ensures all shifts are covered per contract requirements.
- Provide training and monitoring of all UCC staff.
- Provide ongoing consultation and clinical oversight for UCC clinicians.
- Ensure accurate, thorough and timely documentation.
- Available 24/7 as an on‑call supervisor.
- Daily review of open cases and consultation on difficult cases.
- Provide supervision and trainings of UCC Therapists.
- In collaboration with the Director, develop policies and procedures and ensure implementation.
- Develop and provide community trainings when requested.
- Participate in Community Boards and Committees as needed.
- Work with the BCCRS management team to ensure system‑wide service delivery.
- Assist with record releases per client/agency request.
- Assist in hiring process / interviewing of employment candidates.
- Audit cases per standard operating procedures.
- Check work e‑mail according to agency protocol.
- Participate in and complete all required trainings.
What We Require
- Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (LCSW‑C/LCPC).
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study.
