Job Duties
- Plan and prepare well-structured, clearly presented lessons appropriate to the abilities of all students and the syllabus being taught
*Plan, prepare, and execute well-structured, clearly executed lab experiments
*Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students' progress
*Prepare students for later grades by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to persevere with challenging tasks
*Encourage high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress
*Promote high standards of behavior by encouraging a positive, proactive approach to study and build productive relationships with students
*Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and to determine priorities for their children and their resource needs
Minimum Education Required
Master's Degree in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry or related
