Unmanned Systems IntegratorMayvin is seeking an Unmanned Systems Integrator to support a small, interdisciplinary research and development team within United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) on Fort Bragg, NC. In this role, you will be working directly with the warfighter to shape, integrate, and advance next-generation unmanned systems capabilities. This role serves as the technical integrator across multiple commodity groups, ensuring enterprise-wide unmanned system requirements are cohesive, de-conflicted, and strategically aligned.
The Integrator will advise senior decision makers on near and long-term development investments while translating operational needs into executable technical requirements. This ideal candidate will have experience integrating complex payloads (kinetic, electronic warfare (EW), and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) and communicating effectively across engineering, operational, acquisition, and contracting communities.Must be a U.S. citizen.Must have an active Secret clearance.Responsibilities:Align, review, and de-conflict unmanned systems requirements across multiple disciplines and commodity groupsAdvise leadership on best-value, highest-ROI requirements and development roadmapsServe as the primary technical liaison across matrixed engineering teams and stakeholdersTranslate operational and engineering inputs into clear, actionable requirements documentation for Program Managers and Contracting personnelEstablish, document, and manage requirements traceability from top-level concepts through specifications and test plansCoordinate with Project Managers and SMEs to resolve integration issues and problem reportsSupport Test & Evaluation (T&E) planning and execution to validate cross-functional requirementsAssist commodity SMEs in developing test plans that inform production and fielding decisionsDrive communication across government, industry, and supporting agencies throughout the acquisition lifecycleTrack action items and ensure timely follow-through to task completionQualifications:Bachelor degree with a minimum of 16 years of relevant experience (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)Minimum 5 years of Department of War acquisition experienceHands-on experience in Robotics, Autonomy, or Unmanned Systems (UAS, UGV, UxS)Experience with JCIDS and SOFCIDS processesProven ability to translate complex engineering concepts into requirements and executive-level summariesStrong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe AcrobatExperience supporting or working within Special Operations Forces (SOF)Experience with PX4 Autopilot and/or ROS (Robot Operating System)Background integrating kinetic, electronic warfare (EW), and ISR payloadsExperience conducting Test & Evaluation (T&E) of complex systemsExperience designing, building, or integrating mechatronic systemsExperience working with small, agile R&D teamsStrong written, verbal, and briefing skills, including senior leader engagementExperience advising leadership on technical risk, trade-offs, and investment decisions
