Job Description
- At least 4+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Oracle (PL/SQL) and UNIX shell scripting.
- At least 4+ years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- Experience in interacting with different consumers, participating in project requirements discussion, and providing effort estimation.
- Must have experience in providing technical solutions to business & regulatory requirements.
- Must ensure quality and timelines of implementation activities related to design, build, implementation and testing of the requirements.
- Experience in developing POCs for the team before the start of actual development.
- Experience in assigning, reviewing work product, and creating packages for moving changes to higher environments.
- Experience in support system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Experience in solving defects raised by the testing team and ensuring timely closure.
- Experience in providing deployment and post‑deployment support.
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
- Communication and analytical skills.
- Works as the SPOC for different vendors in the absence of a PM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
