Providing university advising services remotely, the contract University Admissions Advisor will guide international students and their families through the university application process, focusing on entry to U.S. and other English-speaking institutions of higher education. Key responsibilities Manage assigned student advising cases and provide support throughout the university counseling journey Develop expertise on universities in the HGS portfolio and stay updated on admissions trends Conduct outreach and facilitate virtual presentations to engage students and families in the advising program Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, school counseling, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in college admissions counseling or international student recruitment Solid understanding of university admissions processes in the U.S., Canada, UK, and/or Australia Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/SIS platforms Availability to support international clients across various time zones
