Universal Documentation SpecialistAmentum is seeking a Universal Documentation Specialist to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC).Essential FunctionsImplement Range Commander's Council Universal (RCC) Documentation System 501 changes into the Range Planning Tool (StarGate Planning Tool (SPT)). This may include the creation of new templates to meet requirementsWork with department personnel coordinating RPS software issues and system errorsAct as database manager, suggesting documents for archival or removal in the SPTCreate UDS documents in the SPT module to include prelaunch and launch operational support documentationWork with the StarGate system administrators and programmers to troubleshoot system errors and provide recommendations for software changes, replacements, or upgrades when requiredServe as coordinator for CDRL items in the WR Planning and Control Department of Range Operations to include:Managing documents and template covers to meet standards for submitting CDRL items to the governmentInsuring CDRL documents are submitted according to timelines established in the contractDraft, produce, and distribute Documentation Index monthlyServe as backup for the Documentation CoordinatorPerform as secondary to Sr. Universal Documentation Specialist, which includes:Training of new department employees in the Stargate SPT module for UDS documents Includes prelaunch and launch operational support documentationPosting CDRLs and data products to intranet portalInterfacing between Contracts and Mission Operations to verify, archive, and update non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)Coordinating the creation of new programs into intranet portal when requiredMaintain department foldersAssemble, perform quality checks and edit all launch-related UDS Documentation and non-launch-related documentation as requiredPerform final edits and quality checks of LOIs and ProceduresMaintain document version controlPerform other related duties, as assignedRequired SkillsGood oral and written communication skillsDetail orientedPerform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.Ability to interact professionally with other employees and customersWork effectively as a team contributor or independently, while communicating and coordinating work efforts with coworkers and customersRequired ExperienceAssociate degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceTwo years experience in documentation, scheduling, or analytical or organizational managementProficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, TEAMS, and Outlook)Knowledge of RCC 501-12 Universal Documentation System desiredThe flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific Project or Mission requirementsMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S.
