Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Required: Employees of Blue Skies of Texas West, incumbent must possess a current, valid Texas driver's license with good driving record and remain insurable by Blue Skies of Texas carriers.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English. Be able to work independently or under limited supervision to complete tasks promptly, effectively, and efficiently within assigned schedule and according to established standards.
• Required: Must have knowledge on operating carpet extractor and floor scrubber
• Preferred: At least one year of work experience in a similar position in a retirement community, health care center, residential complex, or hotel.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
