Job Description Summary

• See OBGYN patients in an outpatient setting and provide admission, discharge, and rounding on inpatients for obstetrics (including labor and delivery) and gynecology (including operating room) services.
• Provide consultative services in the Emergency Department, including management of OBGYN patients with other hospital services.
• Work Monday through Friday; expected to take OBGYN call on weekends and nights as assigned or needed by the Department.
• Travel to other parts of South Carolina to perform OBGYN/GYN services for service contracts as needed.

Ability to perform job functions in an upright, seated, walking/mobile position; work indoors and outdoors; perform confined space work; kneel, squat, perform pinching operations; use both hands/arms; perform repetitive motions; reach in all directions; maintain finger dexterity; maintain tactile sensory functions; lift and carry up to 15 lbs.; maintain vision and hearing; perform gross motor functions with frequent fine motor movements.
