Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional improvement team in designing and developing Technical Operations tools.
• Collaborate with commercial enterprise partners to design, expand, and integrate user interfaces and offerings that meet business needs.
• Apply Agile development practices, foster out‑of‑the‑box thinking, and drive innovation within the Tech Ops area.
• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives to address engineering, compliance, statistical, and technical requirements.
• Work with developers and enterprise customers to layout, develop, and combine consumer interfaces and services.
• Deliver assignments on schedule while mentoring junior and senior developers.
• Maintain clean code, enforce coding standards, and adapt designs for performance upgrades.
• Formulate and implement best‑practice techniques for continuous deployment.
• Participate in modernization projects of existing packages and enforce IT utility development process disciplines (solution delivery, project management, request handling, QA, etc.).
• Stay current with cutting‑edge technologies to build resilient and scalable applications.
• Mentor junior developers and oversee administrative control of 5–10 IT specialists (direct reviews or sourced).
• Lead the establishment of departmental and individual goals, assessing and recommending organizational structure, role, and responsibility upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Extensive experience in application development, preferably within a technical operations or enterprise setting.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development and engineering best practices.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead development teams.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating user interfaces and services that meet business requirements.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, coding standards, and continuous deployment processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Adaptability to evolving design requirements and modern technology stacks.
