Salary Range: $64,023.86 To $85,635.89 Annually

General Statement:

Under the direction of the Program Director or designee, performs duties in directing the work efforts of assigned staff, ABA and behavioral support program functions, and day-to-day operations of the program staff tasks; performs related work as required.

Educational Requirements

Year(s) of Experience

Bachelors degree in a human service field.

Two (2) years experience as an applied behavior analysis aide/technician for children with autism.

Will consider individual actively working toward attainment of Bachelor's degree in human service field with expected degree completion within one year of hire.

Two (2) years experience as an applied behavior analysis aid/technician for children with autism.

Additional Requirements:

Must be willing and able to work weekends, holidays, or irregular hours.

Must have a valid Michigan Driver's License, current automobile insurance, and the use of a personal vehicle during work hours. Employee must maintain valid licensure to retain employment.

Ability to physically perform the tasks.

Ability to provide supervisory coverage for Autism Services and behavioral support programs.

Preferences:

Individual with leadership experience supervising others.
